🙏 Welcome! If you are the owner of an apartment at Phase 1 (Walnut / Chestnut) of Starwood Towers, we cordially invite you to join the Starwood Towers Owners Welfare Association (STOWA). The association is instrumental in maintaining a healthy and cordial living environment at Starwood Towers, Phase 1, by proactive engagement with the residents, community initiatives, and making sure the community's interest is fairly represented at challenging junctures. 

Step 1

Transfer the yearly STOWA membership fee is INR 1,000 / . Contact Helpdesk for QR code to transfer the fee to STOWA's HDFC bank account.

Step 3

Download the Membership form, fill in the details and hand over the physical copy to one of the STOWA members near you. If you are not residing inside the campus, you may also send the filled form as a PDF to navstarwoodtowers@gmail.com

What happens next?

Once verified, you will receive a welcome note from STOWA and you will be added to the official Whatsapp group (Broadcast only) and will start receiving important news and updates on association activities. If you haven't already gone through the guidelines, faq, and resources sections, we urge you to do so. Once again, we are really excited to have you on board!
