Welcome to STOWA!
Welcome to the tribe! You have made an excellent choice. If you have bought an apartment at phase 1, please become a member of the residential association (STOWA). If you have moved in as a tenant, request your landlord to send an introduction email to the residential association informing your contact email and primary mobile number. After this, you will be invited to join the community WhatsApp groups and the official STOWA broadcast-only WhatsApp group. You can also download the Nobrokerhood app (iOS, Android) on your mobile and enroll yourself as a resident, with which you can manage visitor entries and raise support tickets.
Those who wish to opt for the Piped Gas connection can get the process initiated using these resources.
IHere is a list of intercom numbers. Apart from these, there are a bunch of resources and links to continue your onboarding!
Also, feel free to reach out to any of the STOWA team members for help and guidance.

Check out the Nooks @ NST section to get a list of ongoing classes and clubs. New classes will get updated regularly, so stay tuned. Besides this, NST also has a these interest groups on Whatsapp:
Whatsapp groups:
NST Miscellaneous - A group to discuss everything under the sky. Contact friends and neighbours to become a member of the group.
Starwood Sundari's - A group for all women in the society
NST is a pet-friendly community. However, we have clear guidelines defined for pet owners in the interest of community living : Pets should not be walked in the premises without the owner accompanying them. Do not allow your pet to poop inside the premises. If a pet poops the owner must immediately clear it. Please respect your neighbor's privacy and try to calm your pet if he/she is being unreasonably noisy. Leaving your pet alone at home for a very long time during the day should also be avoided as they might start howling and disturb your neighbors.
Please inform the security and maintenance of any interior work happening in your apartment in advance. Drilling and other interior work that involves loud noises are permitted from 9 AM to 6:00 PM Mondays to Saturday. Do not perform drilling outside the permitted period (Mondays to Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM), Sundays and holidays (contact help desk for list). (As a courtesy, if possible avoid drilling between 1 PM and 3 PM.) Do not perform any drilling operation when the power supply is through DG set.
Each floor has a Garbage Chute located inside the fire-exit stairway. Domestic waste can be disposed off into the chute, after properly securing it inside an appropriate garbage bin, without leaks.
Important: Follow government norms by Segregating biodegradable waste and disposing it into the garbage chute in a green bag. Non - biodegradable waste can be collected and disposed of in Red/Black Bag.
The garbage chute door must be opened fully and the bag must be allowed to slide along the door and drop freely into the garbage chute. The door of the garbage chute must be closed after the garbage is dropped into the chute. Do not drop Cartoons/boxes that are oversized and cannot be easily dropped through the garbage chute door.
Important: Please train housemaids and children regarding these best practices also. You can find a detailed list of Do's and Don'ts here.
Do not force oversized objects that cannot fit into the garbage chute door into the chute. Do not throw small-sized empty cartons and bottles into the chute. This will choke the garbage chute. Cartons should be taken to the ground floor and left near the garbage collection chamber or placed opposite to the restroom in the stilt area.
Cartons can be sold to the scrap vendor. Contact hep desk to obtain contact detais of scrap vendor.
Important: Do not leave used empty cartons in the staircase, service areas provided for A/c etc. (Remember cardboard cartons disposed carelessly are fire hazards). Please follow the community guidelines.
