Piped Gas Connection

NST has provision for metered piped gas supply in its premises. The Starwood Owners Association manages the maintenance and operations of this service which offer consumers the following benefits:

• Piped gas at domestic rates

• Centralized gas supply

• Instant refills

• Monthly usage bills

• Online payment facility

Fineprints:

• To use the piped gas services, the flat owner must be registered as a member of the Starwood Towers Owners Association (STOWA)

• A refundable deposit of INR 2500 is to be paid along with the application form to obtain a piped gas connection.

• An annual service charge of INR500 will be charged

• If the Flat is occupied by a tenant, they need to obtain a NOC issued by the owner while moving-in and moving-out. If NOC is not submitted an additional amount of INR 500 must be paid with the application

• If the owner is not a member of STOWA, the annual STOWA membership of INR 1000 should be paid by the flat owner before becoming eligible to get a piped gas connection.

Steps to follow:

1. If you are not a member of STOWA, please follow these steps to become one.

2. Download and complete the Piped Connection Application form (PDF , DOCX).

3. Tenants should obtain a NOC issued by the owner. Download the NOC format (PDF, DOCX).

4. Handover the form(s) to Help Desk

BILLS WILL BE COMMUNICATED THROUGH NOBROKERHOOD. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE  THROUGH THE APP. IF ANY PAYMENT IS MADE DIRECTLY THE TRANSACTION DETAILS SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED IN THE PIPED GAS WHATSAPP GROUP.

Important: Make sure to mention your apartment number in the transaction comment to help us in the reconciliation of payments.
