To strengthen the security in NST-PH1, following new protocols will be implemented effective from Feb 5, 2022.
Security has been instructed to strictly record entry & exit time of vendors/delivery persons in MyGate. Exit time should be monitored and security should be asked to question the delivery person if delivery time / exit time seems suspicious .
Post 10.00 pm, door delivery will not be allowed inside the premises. Delivery will be made at the security gate,residents can come down to the security gate to collect the item delivered. On request, for special cases mentioned below, a security guard shall accompany the delivery person.

Main Entry and exit gate to the premises shall remain closed between 11.00 pm to 5.00 am and can be opened by the security personnel in-charge only when there is a vehicle or people movement in/out after proper checking.
Security will patrol the premises by taking rounds at specified time intervals to ensure safety of residents .11:00 pm ,1.00 am,3.00 am, 5:00am
During patrol security will visit around the building compound, open terrace, basement, podium, areas connecting commercial block connecting the podium and basement.
Residents going out of station for extended periods may inform Security so that the flat doors are inspected periodically.
Access from the 1st floor podium to the commercial block has been closed.
Access from the commercial block basement to NST basement will be closed after 10 pm.
A vacation report shall be submitted to security by any resident moving out after vacating a flat and also inform the concerned floor representative. Security shall inspect the doors after they are vacated. Transport vehicles will be permitted to leave the premises only on submission of the vacation report. Find the format of the document here . All residents are requested to follow the security protocols and co-operate. In any case, if the above protocols are not being followed by security or residents, please escalate the issue to the Maintenance incharge and STOWA representatives.
